All purchases made on VeltrixMC Ranked Bedwars are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any products, services, ranks, or items purchased through our store.

One-Time Purchases

All items available for purchase on VeltrixMC Ranked Bedwars are considered one-time purchases. This includes but is not limited to:

  • •Ranks (Prime, Prime+, Prime++, Custom Rank)
  • •Unbans (7-Day, 15-Day, 30-Day, Permanent)
  • •Unmutes (7-Day, 15-Day, 30-Day, Permanent)
  • •Stat Resets and ELO Boosters
  • •Discord and Minecraft Misc items
  • •Any other products or services offered

Important: Once a purchase is completed and the item/service is delivered, the transaction is considered final. No refunds will be issued regardless of circumstances.
