• Account information — your Minecraft in-game name (IGN), Discord tag, and a securely hashed password when you register on our website. We never store your password in plain text.
• Gameplay data — match results, ELO/rank, statistics (wins, losses, kills, bed breaks), queue activity, and punishment history.
• Store activity — token balances, orders placed, and order history.
• Technical data — IP addresses (for moderation and ban enforcement) and basic connection logs generated by the Minecraft server.
• Discord data — your Discord user ID and messages in our community server, as governed by Discord's own privacy policy.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To operate matchmaking, rankings, leaderboards, and seasonal statistics.
• To process store orders and deliver purchased perks.
• To enforce our rules, including bans, mutes, and anti-cheat measures.
• To display public information such as leaderboards, match recaps, and player stats pages.
• To communicate with you about your account, orders, or punishments.

3. What Is Public

Your IGN, rank, ELO, match history, and gameplay statistics are publicly visible on our website and Discord — that is the nature of a competitive ranked community. Your password, IP address, and order details are never public.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Data is only shared:

• With our staff team for moderation and support purposes.
• With service providers that host our infrastructure (game hosting, database hosting, website hosting).
• If required by law or to protect the safety of our community.

5. Data Security

Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt before storage. Access to our databases is restricted to authorized administrators. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Gameplay and punishment records are retained for as long as needed to operate the community fairly (including across seasons). If you want your website account deleted, open a ticket in our Discord and we will remove your account data where we are able to.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for players who meet the minimum age required by Discord and Minecraft in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below those ages.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the current version. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
