Store Operator Policy

This policy applies to everything sold or redeemed through the VeltrixMC store — tokens, ranks, perks, cosmetics, and any other virtual item. By purchasing tokens or placing an order, you agree to this policy in full.

1. Everything Is Non-Refundable

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Tokens, ranks, perks, and every other item purchased or redeemed through the VeltrixMC store are 100% NON-REFUNDABLE — no refunds, no returns, no exchanges, no transfers, no exceptions.

  • No refunds if you change your mind after purchasing.
  • No refunds if you are banned, muted, or otherwise punished for breaking our rules.
  • No refunds if you stop playing or leave the community.
  • No refunds for seasonal resets, balance changes, or perk adjustments.
  • No refunds if a perk is modified, rebalanced, or discontinued.
  • Tokens and perks cannot be exchanged back into money or transferred to another player.

2. What You Are Buying

Tokens and store items are virtual goods with no real-world monetary value. They are a license to access digital perks within the VeltrixMC community — not property. This license is personal to your account, non-transferable, and can be revoked for rule violations as described in our Terms of Service.

3. How Delivery Works

  • Orders placed on the website generate an invoice with a unique order ID.
  • Items are delivered manually by staff as soon as possible after your order is placed.
  • Want faster delivery? Open a ticket in our Discord with a screenshot of your invoice.
  • If an item genuinely cannot be delivered, we will re-credit the tokens to your account — that is the only remedy offered.

4. Buying Tokens

Tokens are obtained by creating a ticket in our Discord. Once tokens are credited to your account, the transaction is complete and final. Prices, perks, and token costs may change at any time without notice; changes are never grounds for a refund on prior purchases.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all VeltrixMC services, plus forfeiture of all tokens, perks, and ranks on your account.

If you believe there was an error with your order (wrong item, double charge, undelivered item), open a ticket in Discord first — we will always work with you to fix genuine mistakes by re-crediting tokens or delivering the correct item.

6. Account Punishments & Purchases

Purchasing from the store does not exempt you from our Server Rules. If your account is banned or restricted for rule violations, all purchased items and remaining token balances are forfeited without compensation.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
