Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the VeltrixMC website, Minecraft server, Discord community, and store (collectively, the "Services"). By joining our server, registering an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with the Minecraft EULA, Discord Terms of Service, and any minimum age requirements that apply in your country. By using the Services you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Your Account

  • You are responsible for everything that happens on your account, whether or not you authorized it.
  • Keep your password private. We will never ask for it.
  • Account sharing, selling, or trading is prohibited and may result in a permanent ban.
  • One account per player. Alternate accounts used to evade punishments will be banned.

3. Community Rules

All players must follow our Server Rules, including the penalty schedule published there. Cheating, exploiting, boosting, harassment, hate speech, doxxing, and threats of any kind are strictly forbidden. Staff decisions on rule enforcement are final, subject to any appeal process we offer in Discord.

4. Punishments

We may warn, mute, kick, ban, or otherwise restrict any account at our sole discretion to protect the integrity of the community. Punishments may apply across the Minecraft server, website, and Discord. ELO, ranks, tokens, and purchased perks may be forfeited as part of a punishment for rule violations — no compensation is owed in such cases.

5. Store, Tokens & Purchases

All store purchases are governed by our Store Operator Policy. In short:

ALL PURCHASES, TOKENS, AND PERKS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE — no exceptions, no chargebacks, no exchanges.

Tokens and perks are virtual items with no real-world monetary value. They cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed for cash. Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in a permanent ban.

6. Service Availability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uptime, and we may modify, suspend, reset (including seasonal resets of stats/ELO), or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice or liability.

7. Intellectual Property

The VeltrixMC name, logo, website design, and original content are our property. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang/Microsoft; Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. VeltrixMC is not affiliated with Discord, Minecraft, Mojang, or Microsoft.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeltrixMC and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services — including loss of virtual items, ranks, tokens, or account access.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.
