Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

To use the Services, you must: (a) hold a valid Minecraft account and comply with the Minecraft End User License Agreement; (b) comply with the Discord Terms of Service where applicable; and (c) meet any minimum age requirement imposed by Minecraft, Discord, or the laws of your country of residence. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of these requirements. If you are a minor, you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Accounts & Security

• You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You must maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. VeltrixMC staff will never ask for your password.
• The sharing, sale, purchase, gifting, or transfer of accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
• Each player is permitted one account. The use of alternate accounts — including to evade an active punishment — is prohibited and will result in enforcement action against all associated accounts.
• You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use & Community Conduct

All use of the Services is subject to our Server Rules, including the penalty schedule published there. Without limiting those rules, you agree that you will not:

• Use cheats, hacked clients, disallowed modifications, macros, or exploits of any kind;
• Engage in win-trading, boosting, queue manipulation, or any conduct that undermines competitive integrity;
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, discrimination, doxxing, or threats of any kind;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other players' accounts, or our infrastructure;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services; or
• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Staff determinations regarding rule enforcement are final, subject only to any appeal process made available through our Discord community.

4. Moderation & Enforcement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to warn, mute, kick, suspend, ban, or otherwise restrict any account in order to protect the integrity, safety, and fairness of the community. Enforcement actions may apply across the game server, website, and Discord community. Where an account is punished for rule violations, associated ELO, ranks, statistics, tokens, and purchased items may be adjusted, revoked, or forfeited, and no refund or compensation shall be owed in respect of any such forfeiture.

5. Store, Tokens & Virtual Items

All purchases and redemptions made through the VeltrixMC store are governed by our Store Operator Policy, the material terms of which are summarized below:

Tokens, ranks, perks, and other store items are limited, revocable, non-transferable licenses to access digital features within the Services. They are not property, hold no real-world monetary value, and may not be sold, traded, or redeemed for cash. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in lieu of contacting us will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your access to the Services.

6. Service Availability & Modifications

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time. We may modify, suspend, reset (including seasonal resets of statistics, ranks, and ELO), rebalance, or discontinue all or any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

7. Intellectual Property

The VeltrixMC name, logo, website design, and all original content, features, and functionality of the Services are and shall remain the exclusive property of VeltrixMC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Services other than the limited right of access described herein. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB / Microsoft Corporation; Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc. VeltrixMC is an independent community project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord Inc., Mojang AB, or Microsoft Corporation.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall VeltrixMC, its operators, staff, or volunteers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of virtual items, ranks, tokens, statistics, data, or account access — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms exceed the total amount you paid to VeltrixMC in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VeltrixMC and its operators, staff, and volunteers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms — including licenses to tokens and virtual items — immediately cease, and no refund or compensation shall be owed. Sections 5 and 7 through 13 shall survive any termination of these Terms.

12. General Provisions

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
• No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
• Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights hereunder. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
• Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and VeltrixMC regarding the Services.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. Material changes will be announced through our Discord community. Your continued use of the Services after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
